Exploration Loan
December 15, 2004
December 15, 2004 - UC Resources Ltd. announces that it has arranged to borrow $210,000 CDN to fund its ongoing exploration program of the Copalquin, Durango, Mexico property, in respect to which UC can earn a 50% interest. In consideration of the loan, the Company has agreed, subject to regulatory approval, to issue to the lender, Aton Balanced Fund Limited, a bonus of 200,000 shares in its capital stock, at a deemed value of $0.21 per share. The loan is for a period of one year, with interest at 8% per annum.
